I Forgot my Password. How do I Reset it?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it. Go to the Dash login page (https://dash.genability.com) and click on the link that says "Forgot your password". Then enter the email address of your user account and click the "Get Reset Email" button. 

We will send an email to the email account you entered. It usually comes though in a matter of seconds. Double check your spam or bulk mail folders if you don't see it within a minute.
